Welcome to Adur District Council’s consultation website, displaying our proposals for the redevelopment of Ashcroft House, Kingston Lane, Shoreham with new and modern sheltered housing for older people.

Adur District Council is bringing forward plans to redevelop Ashcroft House with a new, modern block of 43 flats for older people; and to modernise the eight neighbouring bungalows, making them more energy efficient in line with Adur District Council’s climate aims. Our Consultation
Adur District Council is hosting two in-person Consultation Events to display our emerging plans. These will take place at the following times and locations:
3.45pm to 7.00pm on Wednesday 23rd March at St Julian’s Church Hall, Rectory Rd, Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 6EB
&
11am – 2pm on Saturday 26th March at The Atrium, Shoreham Academy, Kingston Lane, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN43 6YT
The two Events will display the same information and will provide local residents with an opportunity to view our draft plans for the site, provide feedback, and ask questions of the project team, prior to the submission of a planning application.
